The innovative act, fronted by Dan Smith, recently put on a select few shows in key cities around the globe to present a stripped-down version of their latest album “&” along with a few other hits.  Departing from their usual energetic performances, the acoustic rendition of the new album also featured a candlelit stage and an ensemble of talented musicians and singers, including opener, Moira Mack.

Dan, who admitted he was out of his comfort zone when it came to chatting with the audience, walked us through the history of several songs as he performed in front of a backdrop filled with art of those who inspired the new album. The intimate setting and performances added a new layer to the already beautiful album. The audience sat mesmerized in their seats as the band took turns harmonizing with each new song.
