BY AUSTIN SOUVANARATH

Blossom Music Center is one of the “must visit” music venues in the state of Ohio, known for being  the summer home of the Cleveland Orchestra and bringing in some of the biggest names across multiple genres of music. August 29th was no exception, as Miami’s finest, Pitbull, was making his fifth stop on his Party After Dark Tour in Cuyahoga Falls.

Rapper T-Pain opened up the show with an electrifying performance, kicking off the night with highlighted tracks such as “Up Down (Do This All Day)”, before performing some of his popular features such as Flo Rida’s “Low” and Unk’s “2 Step”. For an opening set, the Florida rapper brought out the energy from the crowd to the max.

Following T-Pain’s powerful opening, the crowd of over 20,000 was ready for Mr. Worldwide to make his appearance. Kicking off the night with “Don’t Stop the Party”, the crowd was on their feet, turning the venue into an earthquake. From the first song to the last, Pitbull was rocking the venue all night, performing some classic hits such as “Hotel Room Service” and “Timber”, some highlighted covers such as “Gasolina” by Daddy Yankee, “On the Floor” by Jennifer Lopez and even brought out T-Pain to perform their song “Hey Baby (Drop It On The Floor)” together. As the night began to slowly come to an end, Mr. 305 closed out the show with his 2014 platinum hit “Time of Our Lives”, closing out his night in Cuyahoga Falls.
